  • 1  Correlation of intestinal flora disorder with systemic inflammatory response and stress response in children with severe pneumonia

    Abstract:
    Objective:To study the correlation of intestinal flora disorder with systemic inflammatory response and stress response in children with severe pneumonia. Methods: The children who were diagnosed with severe pneumonia in Xiangyang No. 1 People's Hospital between April 2014 and December 2017 were selected as the pneumonia group for the study, and the healthy children who received physical examination in Xiangyang No. 1 People's Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The feces was collected to determine the number of intestinal flora bifidobacteria and E. coli, the serum was collected to determine the contents of inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress indexes, and the peripheral blood was collected to determine the expression intensity of inflammatory molecules and oxidative stress molecules. Results: The number of bifidobacteria and the level of bifidobacterium and E. coli ratio B/E in feces as well as SOD content in serum of pneumonia group were significantly lower than those of control group whereas the number of E. coli in feces, TLR2, TLR4, NOX2, iNOS and FOXP3 expression intensity in peripheral blood as well as G-CSF, sTREM1, TNF-α, LPO and NO contents in serum were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05); Pearson correlation analysis showed that B/E level in feces of pneumonia group was negatively correlated with TLR2, TLR4, NOX2, iNOS and FOXP3 expression intensity in peripheral blood as well as G-CSF, sTREM1, TNF-α, LPO and NO contents in serum, and positively correlated with SOD content in serum. Conclusion: The intestinal flora disorder in children with severe pneumonia can aggravate the degree of systemic inflammatory response and stress response in the course of disease.
    2  Effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine on oxidative stress, hemorheology, and NT-proBNP, hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease

    Abstract:
    Objective: To explore the effect of Atorvastatin Combined with trimetazidine on oxidative stress, hemorheology and NT-proBNP and hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease. Method:84 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 42 cases. The two groups received routine treatment of coronary heart disease, while the control group was treated with atorvastatin and the observation group was treated with Atorvastatin Combined with trimetazidine. The two groups were treated continuously for one month. The levels of oxidative stress indexes (SOD, MDA), blood rheology indexes (ESR, whole blood viscosity at both high and low shear rates, plasma viscosity, Fib) and serum NT-proBNP、hs-CRP index in two groups were compared analytically. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of oxidative stress, blood rheology and NT-proBNP and hs-CRP index (P<0.05). Compared with treatment before, the level of SOD in observation group and the control group was significantly increased and MDA significantly decreased (P<0.05). While the level of SOD in observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and MDA level was significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Compared with treatment before, the levels of hemorheology indexes included ESR, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and Fib in he observation group and control group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of ESR, whole blood viscosity at both high and low shear rates, plasma viscosity and Fib in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with treatment before, the levels of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP in the observation group and control group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Atorvastatin Combined with trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease can significantly reduce oxidative stress ,restore normal blood rheology, and improve levels of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP. This treatment is worthy of clinical promotion.

    Abstract:
    Objective: To investigate the mechanism of treating chronic wounds in rats by using Zhuang medicine Choerospondias axillaris bark. Methods: The whole layer skin defection 40 rats were used and randomly divided into 4 groups:normal group, model group, MEBO group, choerospondias group. The normal group and model group were given external deposited normal saline external application. MEBO group used MEBT/MEBO. Choerospondias group was given external deposited choerospondias axillaris bark water decoction external application. Detected cell ultrastructure, PTEN, VEGF mRNA after 12 d. Results: The organelle structure in MEBO group and choerospondias group were restored. In 12 d, PTEN in MEBO group and choerospondias group were lower, VEGF were higher than 1d (P<0.05). PTEN in MEBO group and choerospondias group were lower, VEGF were higher than model group (P<0.05). MEBO group had no difference with choerospondias group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Choerospondias axillaris bark water decoction could remarkably improve the cell ultrastructure in chronic wounds, regulate the PTEN signal conduction effect, and promote wound healing.

    Abstract:
    Objective: To study the effect of Baihe Dihuang Decoction in improving anxiety and its mechanism of action. Methods: Male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank control group, Baihe Dihuang Decoction high, medium, low-dose group and diazepam group. After continuous intragastric administration for 14 d, the behavioral test of the mouse elevated plus maze experiment and opening test was performed. The brain tissue GABA and Glu content was measured by immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Compared with the blank control group, the middle and high doses of Baihe Dihuang Decoction could increase the time and frequency of movement of the mice in the open cross labyrinth in the open arm and increase the number of times that the mouse entered the central area in the opening test. The anti-anxiety effect also showed an increase in the brain tissue GABA content in mice, ignificantly decreased Glu contents in mice. Conclusion: Baihe Dihuang Decoction has some anxiolytic effect, and antianxiety effect may be related to increasing brain tissue GABA content, decreased Glu contents in mice.

    Abstract:
    Objective: To study the cancer cell-killing effect of the DOS scheme and the SOX scheme for neoadjuvant chemotherapy for gastric cancer. Methods: A total of 76 patients with gastric cancer who underwent preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy in Ansai People's Hospital were selected and randomly divided into the SOX group who received oxaliplatin + S-1 scheme chemotherapy and the DOS group who accepted oxaliplatin + S-1 + docetaxel scheme chemotherapy. Serum tumor marker levels were measured before and after the chemotherapy, and the expression of proliferation genes, tumor suppressor genes and invasion genes in lesions were determined after chemotherapy. Results: Serum CA72-4, G17 and TK-1 levels of both groups of patients after chemotherapy were significantly lower than those before chemotherapy and serum CA72-4, G17 and TK-1 levels of DOS group after chemotherapy were significantly lower than those of SOX group; after chemotherapy, CyclinB, CyclinD1, CDK1, CDK4, CDK6, Vav2, MMP2, ADAM8 and ITF2 mRNA expression in surgically removed lesions of DOS group were significantly lower than those of SOX group while RASSF1A, Noxa, GKN1 and p16ink4a mRNA expression were significantly higher than those of SOX group. Conclusion: DOS neoadjuvant chemotherapy can be more effective than SOX in killing the gastric cancer cells and inhibiting the proliferation and invasion of cancer cells.

    Abstract:
    Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shujin external granules fumigation on the tenosynovitis of finger flexor tendons. Methods: 240 cases of finger flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis patients according to treatment successively were randomized into warm water group、particle group and traditional Chinese medicine group,80 cases in each one. In the warm water group,we use warm water fumigation with Votalin to treat. In the particle group,the Shujin external particles fumigation with Votalin were applied. Finally,in the Chinese medicine group, herbs fumigation with Votalin were adopted. We examined and recorded the visual analogue scale(VAS)of 3 groups of patients at the begin of the treatment and the end of the 8th week of the treatment. At the same time,the clinical efficacy of 3 groups of patients were recorded at the end of the 8th week of the treatment. Results: At the end of the 8th week of the treatment,the VAS scores were higher in the particle group and the traditional Chinese medicine group than in the warm water group(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of particle group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were better than that in the warm water group(P<0.05). Besides,there were no significant difference in the VAS scores and the clinical efficacy between the granule group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Shujin external granules fumigation for the tenosynovitis of finger flexor tendons can achieve the definite clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

    Abstract:
    Objective: The current study aims to identify the effects of exogenous application of pulsed electromagnetic fields on skin wound healing in diabetic rats, and thus provides experimental evidence for its more scientific clinical application in the future. Methods: The diabetic animal models were established via intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin in 4-monthold male rats. Fourth eight rats were randomly assigned into the diabetes group (DM) and diabetes coupled with pulsed electromagnetic fields (DM+PEMF) group. Another 24 normal rats were used as the blank control group (Control). Then, all the rats in the three groups were subjected to dorsal surgery for the establishment of soft tissue wound model (circular wound with the diameter of 2 cm). Then, the rats in the DM+PEMF group were subjected to pulsed electromagnetic fields stimulation. Then, 6 rats in each group were sacrificed at Day 5, 12 and 19 post surgery. The glucose levels, wound closure, wound healing time and tissue tensile strength were examined and analyzed. Results: Pulsed electromagnetic fields significantly increased the wound closure rate in diabetic rats at Day 5, 12 and 19 post surgery, decreased overall wound healing period in diabetic rats, and also enhanced tissue tensile strength in diabetic rats at Day 5, 12 and 19 post surgery. Conclusion: Low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic fields can significantly accelerate diabetic wound healing process, and also improve diabetic tissue repair capacity. This study may be helpful for providing more scientific and reasonable experimental evidence for the treatment of pulsed electromagnetic fields on diabetic wound healing in clinics.

    Abstract:
    Objective:To study the peripheral blood NKT cell number and function in patients with Graves disease and their correlation with hyperthyroidism. Methods: The patients who were diagnosed with Graves disease in our hospital between May 2014 and September 2016 were selected as GD group, and 55 healthy volunteers who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. Peripheral blood was collected to determine the number of CD3+CD56+NKT cells, and serum was collected to detect the contents of cytokines and thyroid function indicators. Results: Peripheral blood CD3+CD56+NKT cell number in Graves group was significantly lower than that in control group; serum IL-2, IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-10, TGF-β contents in GD group were significantly lower than those in control group and positively correlated with peripheral blood CD3+CD56+NKT cell number while IL-4, IL-5, IL-17, FT3, FT4, TPOAb, TgAb, TRAb contents were significantly higher than those in control group and negatively correlated with peripheral blood CD3+CD56+NKT cell number. Conclusions: The abnormal reduction of peripheral blood NKT cell number in patients with Graves disease can affect the balance of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg and increase the secretion of TRAb to cause hyperthyroidism.

    Abstract:
    Objective: To observe the expression levels of the main molecules of peroxiredoxins (Prdxs) protein family (Prdx1, Prdx2, Prdx4 and Prdx6) in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP), and to analyze their clinical diagnostic values. Methods: Patients in Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosed with PMOP from May 2016 to March 2018 were included as the study group (72 cases), postmenopausal women with normal bone mineral density (BMD) in the same period were also collected as the control group (51 cases). Levels of Prdx1, Prdx2, Prdx4 and Prdx6 in plasma were determined by ELISA. mRNA levels of Prdx1, Prdx2, Prdx4 and Prdx6 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were determined by reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). The correlations between Prdxs and clinical parameters were analyzed. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were used to evaluate the diagnostic values of Prdxs for PMOP. Results: Prdx1, Prdx4 and Prdx6 levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The mRNA expression levels of Prdx1 and Prdx6 of PBMC in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Several Prdxs protein levels (plasma) or mRNA levels (PBMC) in the study group were significantly correlated with lipid levels or inflammatory markers levels (P<0.05). The area under the curve (AUC) of plasma Prdx6 for diagnosing PMOP was 0.794 (95% CI =0.714-0.874). And the AUC of mRNA relative expression of Prdx6 in PBMC for diagnosing PMOP was 0.725 (95% CI =0.635-0.814). Conclusions:The decreased expression of Prdxs protein family (especially Prdx1 and Prdx6) is closely related to the incidence of PMOP, and the decreased Prdxs protein family may promote the occurrence of osteoporosis through the abnormal lipid metabolism pathway and the increased systemic inflammation pathway. The detections of Prdx6 levels in plasma and PBMC are of good diagnostic values for PMOP.

    Abstract:
    Objective: To investigate the effects of ivabradine on Notch and NF-kappa B signaling pathway in myocardial cells of rats with myocardial infarction. Methods: The model of myocardial infarction was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery. The surviving rats were randomly divided into model group (MI group, n=8) and treatment group (IVA group, n=8). Rats with the same location but without ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery were used as control group (CON group, n=8). IVA was administered for 28 d. Hemodynamic and cardiac function indexes of all rats were measured:heart rate (HR), systolic pressure (SBP), diastolic pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and maximum rate of increase and decrease of left ventricular internal pressure (+dp/dt); left ventricular mass index, left ventricular cross-sectional diameter and infarct area; The expression of Notch signaling pathway components (Notch-1, Dll-4, Hes-1) in rat cardiomyocytes was detected by PT-PCR, and the expression of DICD-1 and P65 protein was detected by western-blot. One-way ANOVA was used for comparison between groups, and SNK was used for comparison between groups. Results: SBP, DBP, MAP, LASP, LVEDP and (+dp/dt) in MI group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05), while IVA was higher than those in MI group (P<0.05). Left ventricular mass index and left ventricular sectional diameter in MI group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05), but lower than those in IVA group (P<0.05). The expression of Notch-1 in MI group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05), but lower than that in IVA group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of Dll-4 and Hes-1 between the three groups (P>0.05). The expression levels of NICD-1 and P 65 in MI group were significantly higher than those in CON group (P<0.05), but lower than those in IVA group (P<0.05). Conclusion: IVA may improve cardiac function and inhibit ventricular remodeling in rats with myocardial infarction through Notch and NF-kappa B signaling pathways.
    11  Diagnostic efficacy of combined detection of different tumor markers for primary hepatic carcinoma

    Abstract:
    Objective: To explore the clinical diagnostic value of combined detection of different tumor markers for primary hepatic carcinoma, and to provide the reference for the clinical diagnosis. Methods: 72 patients who were diagnosed with primary hepatic carcinoma were collected as observation group, 65 patients with benign liver disease as benign liver disease group and 80 cases of health examination as healthy control group, the contents of tumor markers alpha fetoprotein(AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA), carbohydrate antigen-199(CA199), carbohydrate antigen-125(CA125) and carbohydrate antigen-153(CA153) were determined by electrochemiluminescence in all subjects, then the results of five kinds of tumor markers and the positive rates of each index between the two groups were compared, the diagnostic value of separate and combined detection of different tumor markers in primary hepatic carcinoma were analyzed. Results: The values of AFP, CA199 and CA153 in the observation group were higher than the benign liver disease group, the values of AFP, CEA, CA199, CA125 and CA153 in the observation group were higher than the control group, the values of CA199 and CA125 in the benign liver disease group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive rates of AFP, CEA, CA199 and CA153 in the observation group were higher than the benign liver disease group, the positive rates of AFP, CEA, CA199 and CA125 in the observation group were higher than the control group, the positive rates of AFP, CEA, CA199 and CA125 in the benign liver disease group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The sensitivity of combined detection of all indicators for primary hepatic carcinoma was 86.4%, specificity, correct index, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were 86.4%, 89.2%, 75.6%, 13.6% and 10.8% respectively, and the combined detection was higher than the correct index of each index. Conclusion:Combined detection of serum tumor markers AFP, CEA, CA199, CA125 and CA153 can improve the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma, it has better diagnostic value for primary hepatic carcinoma.

    Abstract:
    Objective: To study the effect of shexiangbaoxin pill combined with tirofiban hydrochloride on related factors in elderly patients with acute coronary symdrome. Methods: A total of 96 elderly patients with acute coronary symdrome in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2018 were enrolled in this study. The subjects were divided into the control group (n=48) and the treatment group (n=48) randomly. The control group were treated with tirofiban hydrochloride, the treatment group were treated with shexiangbaoxin pill combined with tirofiban hydrochloride, and both the two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The PT, TT, APTT and serum FIB, CK-MB, cTnT, vWF, ET-1, NO, sICAM-1, MMP-9, hs-CRP of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: There were no significantly differences of the PT, TT, APTT and serum FIB, CK-MB, cTnT, vWF, ET-1, NO, sICAM-1, MMP-9, hs-CRP of the two groups before treatment. The PT, TT, APTT and serum NO of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment, the serum FIB, vWF, ET, sICAM-1, MMP-9, hs-CRP of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and that of the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than the control group. The serum CK-MB, cTnT of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment, but that of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: Shexiangbaoxin pill combined with tirofiban hydrochloride can significantly improve the blood coagulation function and reduce the Myocardial injury, vascular endothelial damage, inflammation of the elderly patients with acute coronary symdrome, and it was worthy clinical application.

    Objective: To observe the Levels of serum CORT, ACTH and CRH in SHR rats, the expression of GR, MR and CRH mRNA in hypothalamus and GR, MR mRNA in hippocampus of the ADHD model animal SHR rat, and to explore the HPA axis function and related factors in SHR rats. Methods: Junior SHR rats were used as ADHD model group and WKY rats as control group. The levels of CORT, ACTH and CRH in serum were detected by ELISA, and the mRNA expressions of GR, MR, CRH in hypothalamus and GR, MR in hippocampus were detected by RT-PCR. Results: The levels of serum CORT and ACTH in SHR rats were significantly lower than those in WKY rats (P<0.01), and the levels of serum CRH were significantly higher than those in WKY rats (P<0.01). GR and MR mRNA expression levels in hypothalamus and hippocampus were significantly higher than those in WKY rats (P<0.01), while CRH mRNA expression in hypothalamus was significantly lower than that in WKY rats (P<0.01). Conclusion: The HPA axis of SHR rats showed hyporesponsiveness, which may be related to CRH priming disorder and high expression of GR and MR mRNA in hypothalamus and hippocampus.

    Abstract:
    Objective: To observe the bioavailability of subcutaneous injection of nimodipine and oral administration of nimodipine in healthy rabbits and SAH rabbits, and determine whether subcutaneous administration is superior to oral administration and to target serum concentration.Methods:36 adult male NZW rabbits were divided into 6 groups (n=6) by random number table method:oral nimodipine group (5 mg/kg and 15 mg/kg), subcutaneous injection of nimodipine group (2.5 mg/kg, 5mg/kg,15 mg/kg), SAH+ subcutaneous injection of nimodipine group (2.5 mg/kg), plasma concentrations of nimodipine in each group were measured and statistical analysis was performed. Results: Oral administration of 15 mg/kg of nimodipine produced a higher Tmax and increased Cmax, which was also greater than 5 mg/kg. The time to peak plasma concentration (Tmax) observed after subcutaneous administration had an opposite trend, with 15 mg/kg resulting in a lower Tmax and a lower AUC tendency than 5 mg/kg. (2) Compared with oral administration, the average concentration of nimodipine in the subcutaneous group was significantly greater than 7 ng/mL (P<0.01), and the plasma concentration of nimodipine remained above 7 ng/mL for significantly longer than oral administration (P<0.01). (3) The Cmax, Tmax and AUC values of nimodipine in healthy NZW rabbits were not significantly different from those measured by subcutaneous injection of 5 and 15 mg / kg (P>0.05). There was no significant difference between healthy NZW rabbits (12.9±10.0) ng/mL and SAH (11.8±4.6) ng/mL NZW rabbits at the target level of treatment with an average nimodipine concentration of 7 ng/mL measured at 24 h (P>0.05). Conclusion: Subcutaneous administration of nimodipine is superior to oral nimodipine and can maintain the plasma level of nimodipine at 7 ng/mL after 24 h,which can help to study the mechanism of nimodipine in delaying vasospasm after SAH treatment.

    Abstract:
    Objective: The study is to investigate the regulation of Biochanin A on proliferation and migration of cervical cancer cells and its possible molecular mechanism. Methods: Hela cells were cultured in vitro and treated with different concentrations of Biochanin A. CCK-8 assay was used to detect the effect of Biochanin A on the proliferation of cervical cancer cells, while the Scratch assay was used to detect the effect on cell migration. Besides, the expression of Bcl-2 /Bax mRNA was detected by RT-PCR. Results: Biochanin A could inhibit the proliferation and migration of Hela cells in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner. At 10,0,40,0,160 μmol/L of Biochanin A, the inhibition rate of Hela cells increased significantly after 24,8 h, significantly higher than that of the control group. The expression of pro-apoptotic protein Bax increased, while the expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 decreased in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Hummus A can inhibit the proliferation and migration of Hela cells in cervical cancer, and its mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of Bcl-2 and up-regulation of Bax.

    Abstract:
    Objective: To explore the best time for progesterone supplementation in AID ovulation induction cycles by Letrozole. Methods: The data analysed in this study were collected from 509 patients who were performed AID (Artificial Insemination by Donor) administrated letrozole (LE) between 2014.8-2015.7. All patients were randomly divided into 4 groups by the time of progesterone administrated, including experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was divided into group 1-72 h after ovulation, group 2-48 h after ovulation, group 3-24 h after ovulation and control group—without administrated LE. The gestation and live birth rate were evaluated by monitoring vaginal ultrasound and HCG blood value 14 d after AID. Results: The pregnancy rate with administrated progesterone added 72 h after ovulation was 31.9%, which was significantly higher than those of other groups, the same situation as groups added progesterone was significantly higher than the control group. However, there was no significant difference in the numbers of abortions among the four groups. The LBR of group 4 was significantly lower than that of group 1. Conclutions: Progesterone administrated 72 h after ovulation can promoted the gestation rate, but did not affect the rate of miscarrage .

    Abstract:
    Objective: To study the correlation of serum ROBO4 and soluble B7-H4 (sB7-H4) contents with the pathological features of tumor in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods:The patients with ovarian cancer and the patients with ovarian benign tumor who underwent surgical resection in our hospital between March 2015 and August 2017 were selected, and the contents of ROBO4 and sB7-H4 in serum as well as the expression of ROBO4, B7-H4 and oncogenes in the lesion tissues were determined. Results: ROBO4 content in serum of patients with ovarian cancer was significantly lower than that of patients with ovarian benign tumor whereas sB7-H4 content was significantly higher than that of patients with ovarian benign tumor, ROBO4 mRNA expression in ovarian cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in ovarian benign tumor tissues whereas B7-H4 mRNA expression was significantly higher than that in ovarian benign tumor tissues, and ROBO4 and sB7-H4 contents in serum of patients with ovarian cancer were positively correlated with ROBO4 and B7-H4 mRNA expression in ovarian cancer tissues; the higher the FIGO stage and pathological grade of the tumor, the lower the ROBO4 content and the higher the sB7-H4 content in serum of patients with ovarian cancer; β-catenin, CyclinD1 and MMP9 mRNA expression in ovarian cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in ovarian benign tumor tissues, negatively correlated with ROBO4 and positively correlated with sB7-H4 whereas PTEN and E-cadherin mRNA expression were significantly lower than those in ovarian benign tumor tissues, positively correlated with ROBO4 and negatively correlated with sB7-H4. Conclusion: The changes of ROBO4 and sB7-H4 contents in serum of patients with ovarian cancer are closely related to the changes of clinicopathologic stage and the abnormal expression of oncogenes.

    Abstract:
    Objective: To explore the effect of selenium supplementation on thyroid function, immune response and oxidative stress in HT patients with normal thyroid function. Methods: A total of 120 Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients with normal thyroid function admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given oral placebo, while the treatment group was given selenium yeast. The expression levels of thyroid function [including thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), free triiodothyronine (FT3) and free thyroxine (FT4)], immune response [including thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb), thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb), interferon-γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-4 (IL-4)] and oxidative stress [including malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and superoxide dismutase (SOD)] were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The two groups showed significant changes in auxiliary diagnosis, immune response and oxidative stress. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels between the two groups. After treatment, there was no significant difference in the above indexes between the control group and that before treatment. There was no significant difference in thyroid function related indexes between the treatment group and the control group. The levels of TPOAb, TGAb, IFN-γ and MDA in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group, while the levels of IL-4, GPx and SOD were significantly higher than those before treatment and in the control group. Conclusions: Selenium supplementation can stabilize thyroid function, reduce the level of thyroid antibody production, and improve immune response and oxidative stress response in HT patients.

    Gastric cancer is one of common malignant tumors in clinic. It has high incidence, high mortality and poor prognosis. Generally, gastric cancer is divided into early gastric cancer (EGC) and advanced gastric cancer. The 5-year survival rate of EGC is higher than that of advanced gastric cancer. In recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology, a variety of medical instruments and technologies have been updated, greatly promoting the detection rate of EGC, reducing the rate of EGC missed diagnosis. This article reviews the progress of EGC endoscopic diagnosis.

    Abstract:
    Objective: To investigate the effect of prednisone and cyclophosphamide combine with ligustrazine injection on immunologic function and other related factors in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: The subjects selected 70 patients with SLE who diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2018, divided into control group and observation group randomly, 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with prednisone combined with cyclophosphamide, and the patients in the observation group was given intravenous drip of ligustrazine injection on the basis of the control group. Before and after treatment, detected and compared the immunologic indexes (IgG, C3, ANA), matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-3, MMP-9, TIMP1), chemotactic factor (CXCL9, CXCL10, CXCL11) and serum levels of IL-10, PRL, S100 protein and EET between the two groups. Results: Before treatments, the immunologic indexes(IgG, C3, ANA), matrix metalloproteinases(MMP-3, MMP-9, TIMP1),chemotactic factor(CXCL9, CXCL10, CXCL11) and serum levels of IL-10, PRL, S100 protein and EET between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05); After treatments, the immunologic indexes(IgG, C3, ANA), matrix metalloproteinases(MMP-3, MMP-9), chemotactic factor(CXCL9, CXCL10, CXCL11) and serum levels of IL-10, PRL, S100 protein and EET between the two groups had statistical significances(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ligustrazine injection was added to SLE patients on the basis of prednisone combined with cyclophosphamide therapy, it not only could significantly improve the immunologic function of patients, but also improve the levels of matrix metalloproteinases, chemokines and related serum factors, it's worthy of clinical research and application.
