The Tropical public health is sponsored by Hainan Medical University (China), and Hainan Medical University Journal Publisher and is aimed to set up an academic communication platform for Chinese and the rest of the world on tropical public health. We want to provide an open forum for public health practitioners and researchers and those who manage and deliver public health services and systems to disseminate important new information in tropical public health research. Manuscripts with tropical public health implications and manuscripts with innovative ideas and/or approaches that bridge different fields in tropical public health are considered with priority
The Journal invites concise reports of original research in all areas of tropical public health and interdisciplinary fields, including: tropical public health policy and comparisons, tropical epidemic prevention and surveillance, tropical ecosystem and one health, tropical rural public health, tropical emerging infectious diseases.Review articles and mini-reviews (no more than 2000 words), based primarily on the author(s) own research on internationally important topics are welcome. Short communications and letters to the editor are also welcome. Authors are requested to submit a covering letter indicating that their manuscript represents original unpublished material and will not be published elsewhere (if accepted). This restriction does not apply to results published as abstracts of communications, letters to the editor or as preliminary reports. By submitting a manuscript, the authors warrant that they have obtained permission to use any copyrighted or previously published material.
